I thought it was CabilisResidents but I've turned in tons of bones and the merchants haven't moved much. Inside I'm dubious to all merchants, and in field of bone they raised to indifferent but no higher as I was climbing in faction. The quest turnins say it is raising but unless you can get fractional faction points I'd be warmly by now.
The inside merchants could have a mix of brood of kotiz maybe? Not sure if npcs mix factions like that. I'm still very scowling to the brood
