I found this page: http://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/f...tml?faction=47, which lists him in both zones. I'm guessing this is both correct and the source of the confusion (since most NPCs don't "walk between zones"). If I'm guessing correctly then the only thing that needs fixing is the wiki.

For future reference though, there's a separate "Bugs" forum for this sort of post.
