OP you might want to go buy a lottery ticket: today is your lucky day. Not only do most questions in this forum
not get a direct staff response, but on top of that you're getting your IP exception resolved (probably) on the very same day. In the pre-Cylock days people would wait
months for their IP exemptions to go through, and they would get no warning as to how long they'd have to wait.
