Someone mentioned remembering higher drink consumption while in classic desert zones (Oasis, SRo, NRo). I did some digging and posted all the evidence I found in that thread (I didn't search anything outside of newsgroups, there should be more corroborating evidence elsewhere).
Conclusion of findings:
-Confirms Milk & Water consumed at 2x the normal rate in Oasis, SRo, NRo (No word on Ping Fuzzlecutter formula thing, would be cool hidden feature of the drink seeing as how it was sold so close to the desert zones... maybe was immune to desert effects? Saw no mention of it either way, but potential for custom content)
-Appears to be implemented since launch, as well as staying in place beyond our era
-Seems to be the only 3 zones affected by this (listed a post where drink was not consumed faster in Lavastorm)
