the best option to take , is to try to login, if no list "loggout" then try again, may take a decent amount of triest.
if this fails, restart eq and use the same method. it may take several attempts, but it seems the loggin server is being "laggy" where sometimes packets arent accepted.
so u gotta kinda spamm it to try to log in whilst it is accepting packets
