BTW if you are extremely obese -- just try to do a few walks a day at 1 hr..i think its like 2 1/2 hours of walking a day will give you a lot of the same benefits more intense exercise can...not to mention you can't compare walking around as a 500 lbs guy to walking around as only a slightly overweight guy.

The more fat you have to lose the faster it goes. Eventually you will be light enough to do more rigorous cardio -- and you will be much more motivated when the time comes.
