Cholesterol either is a problem or isn't. It isn't for me. It's partly age, partly lifestyle, partly genetic. To be worried about cholesterol when you have no health problems with it, are in your early 30s, and are fairly active....pretty crazy.
Fat/Calories wise -- eggs are pretty good. Some fat (good fat) some protein. They even have K-2 in them.
But obviously if your whole damn family is on blood pressure meds since their 40s -- your the kind of guy that should watch out for eggs. Also, not a great idea to overindulge in red meat or shell fish.
