Part of what is making him so full is how he is eating big chunks of meat with lots of healthy carbs (throws in fries at the end of the day like a treat - lol).
If we all got to just eat Americanized-Chinese food and Pizza -- I'm sure we could all hit 5000 if we wanted to.

He’s not eating those foods to make himself full. He’s eating for energy and mass. That’s what a 300 lbs 8 year in a row Mr. Olympia using gear intakes to train. Nobody around these parts is doing that. And if they are plz post pics. That was my point.
