The proc on Soul Binder (
Soul bond) doesn't seem to work well :
- it says Soandso staggers.
- no recourse icon
- no visible regen on hp (still 2hp/tic while standing as DE after it just proced)
- no "the bond fades" message after it supposed to fade (5 tics)
