So you take that 20% tax and apply to food which you have to charge 2-3x as much for because the minimum wage is twice what the market deems it to be. Then you add in a hefty corporate income tax. Since the profit margin on food is barely over 0 anyway you have to jack the menu prices massively just to stay open.
