There's a lot of leveling guilds out there. Look at the guild sub forum. Once you get past ten it should be a little easier finding groups.
Mountain time zone should be fine. That's when I play and plenty of people out there. I'll look you up in game. Definitely can get you some help, probably a a decent weapon that should help you get higher and some plat if you'd like. Plus some ranja buffs!
