I dropped 50lbs in the last two years, was starting to get into a steady routing of 5/3/1.

Winter came, (MN) so I stopped running, I then started an overnight project for 3 months working 2am-10am...killed my routine and now I'm trying to get back on track. Except now I'm working on selling a house, already bought a new McMansion. Life is getting in the way of gains.

Summer rolls around and I'll start killing the 5k times again and start in on some steady lifting.
