You can basically eat utter garbage all day like once every two weeks i think it is? And then your body doesn't even react to it. I don't do cheat days that often yet because I'm still trying to lose the last 20-30 more stubborn water/fat pounds on me....and I don't want to risk overdoing it. Cheat days help you enjoy life though.
Basically its all a time game. It's all about getting where you want as long as you want. Indulging helps the long run game.
Keep in mind for cheat days though: Getting drunk is pretty bad for you. Not like 1-3 beer buzz thing, I mean DRUNK. It messes up your hormone balance and if your not in your early 20s your going have a fucked up next day. I don't know all the details on this -- but I think genetics is part of it too. Alcoholics sometimes have genetics that metabolize the alcohol much better than others. These are the guys that drink all night and never pass out and are still thin.
There are also a small number of people immune to nicotine addiction apparently.
So there are some weird things out there.
