I tried to do a time for Europeans last fall and it didn't gain much traction. Although I have tried to be as inclusive as possible for this event, until it is clear that there is enough interest for a successful raid from the euro community there will be no events around their schedule.
That being said, if someone on a European time schedule wanted to commit to organize their own raid at a more preferrable time I would 100% back them up and support it.
