my ankle continues to improve. i can do stairs now on it with just a little bit of boo to the other foot as I descend and it don't swell as much neither. im getting around with no wrapping of it at all.
this weekend I started a new round of bodyweight exercises: glut e planks, side planks, planks, squats (not perfect range of motion yet on ankle :c), superman and potato pickers. felt pretty good and was able to loosen up. found everything in my left leg was pretty tight from being off it.
