Gem of Rage from Kael, and Essence of Nature from Tunare has that graphic. I assume Glowing Red Stone also does.
If you're looking to duel wield two of them, the GBS and Drachnid Thyxl or Orb of Tishan and GBS/Drachnid Thyxl are the easiest ones to obtain. The Drachnid Thyxl is a common drop and the mob is easy to spawn if you kill the right PH.

I think glowing red stone is what I need. I was looking for a secondary on my cleric and wanted to avoid the old shield stuff. Its gonna be alot better than GBS for sure...
Also great tip about dual orbs
