No that analogy is only made to get you away from the idea that "what filters through my 5 senses is all there is to reality". A lot of simpletons can't move past this idea. The dog whistle helps people identify better with the idea that active things can be happening right next to us that we can't perceive. Once you accept the idea you start to realize just how limited we are, locked into 3 dimensions. String theory says there are up to 26 dimensions.
How can you personally be a Jesus person and not be a God person? God literally changed his personality from the OT to the NT based on Jesus's actions. He went from vengeful and punishing to understanding. Jesus was God in human form and he came to us so he could better understand the human experience he was having so much trouble understanding.

if the universe is 26 dimensional then so are we and I am disinclined to believe that we are incapable of identifying the other 22. just because we don't know what they are doesn't mean we are blind to them. we can't smell, hear, or taste width and can only feel and see if in part. that doesn't make it any more of less real than time though, which we can only witness by proxy ^^
