I've gotten this error before and always solved it by whitelisting the EQ folder in my antivirus (nod32) but I'm just randomly getting the error again even though it's still whitelisted AND I can see 'dsetup.dll' is definitely in my EQ folder.

I didn't change anything, except nod32 might have possibly updated itself. That's all I can think of.
