I've figured it out the most efficient way to trigger quillard yesterday as I was looking to get one on my alt. got the cloak in 15 minutes without help. I also helped a pal this morning and the RNG was wonky, but it took 45 minutes.

starting with an introductory rate of $6K for the first 5 customers. ports and directions will be included. all you have to do is sit there and grag him when he spawns. customers also get to keep all the feathered legs they want!
