You should not even be looking at other FTE while you are are sitting in fear. That's beyond greedy. If you intended on doing naggy, everyone but your tracker should have left fear before zoning into sol b. Period.

As long as there are not two concurrent FTEs it’s just the way the server is. Why should a guild not prepare for their next target? Should there be a “quota” on how many things you can kill a day? Or should there be a rule that you a guild cannot have any players in multiple zones?
