Default Pained Unicorn MQ Level Question
Does anyone know if this portion, or any of the druid corrupted parts are MQable pre 46? I have faction at lvl 40 but I'm not getting dialogue from the pained unicorn on hail. I've heard this should work but can't find any evidence that it has.

*** Update - It worked, thanks Kavious. Dialogue wasn't necessary.
