Today was :

Every couple of weeks I will change up the routine. I will start my day off with incline dumbbells or something like that.
The routine is producing great results. Looks like he's got some great sculpting exercises, compound lifts, and some really high intensity stuff at the end to round it all out.

The only thing I'd say is make sure to hit the back -- but I'm sure you know what you're doing better than me seeing how far you are along.
