Just make a lvl 1 high elf and go inside and watch their spawn paths. The upstairs guards can be all single pulled with no effort, their patrol routes don't intersect, except in a couple small places.
Guard Evital in the bank is also a single pull, I have single pulled him many times. You can cast on him through the door without aggroing bankers. Its hard to have enough time for all the guards without doing something dangerous like root rotting two guards at once or something like that.
