The Rivervale welfare state is famously strong!
People say P99 has been around too long, that there's too much gear inflation, it's too easy now, yadda yadda. Those guys all have really long beards on their necks. I say there's more and more room for helping people get into and enjoy some EverQuesting without killing themselves IRL for basic gearing.
