Are you logging into the correct server?
Are you logging in with the correct account?
Those are the two main reasons someone might not see their characters. If you didnt apply the current
Project 1999 Files (V45) that could also cause issues as well
But short of that, only other reason (I can think of) they would be missing is if someone maliciously gained access to your account and deleted them all
