Gale of Poison (spell) and Gale of Poison (weapon proc on Poison Wind Censer) are hitting different numbers of mobs, although they should be identical. Gale of Poison (spell), in 1 on 1 combat, hits caster and mob up to 3 times each. Gale of Poison (weapon proc) hits caster up to 3 and mob up to 2 times.
