what? No my 25 rogue doesn't have any issues anymore. It's trying to level a character from like level 5 to 16 that really sucks people! Everyone is soloing.

I'd say most people do 1-10 solo.
I also agree with you somewhat, as I clearly remember Orc 1 and Orc 2 being perma-camped by full groups pretty much back in '99.
You'll still see groups there though, they're just not as common.
Befallen, Crushbone, Oasis, and Kurns are all fairly populated with groups in that level range though.
