took labor day weekend off, stayed at a different hotel each night in Miami beach, was almost like a hurricane season warm up party, every bar / club was packed.
did a great lifting session and full walking / biking last night
I don't feel like shit until I exercise I am addicted to the wonderful tired feeling and high T exercise gives, makes me feel alive.
You could feel like this too, stop taking womens hormones ( you are not female ) and do some squats + bench for a few weeks and you can fix a lot of your issues, not too late to turn back and reverse the garbage you did to yourself.
