Exactly. It’s not going to work. Try to convince the jury she walked into the wrong apartment and found some man she thought was burglarizing her place. It also just happened to reek of marijuana out in the hall. Yea ok.
It’s also going to be very telling when the facts come out about who made the noise complaints which prompted management to check it out.
She’s better off sticking to the I walked into the wrong aparentment and shot someone in pitch dark story.
I’m also curious to see if there’s any camera footage of the outside or this dudes place proving if there were lights on.
