Not going to compare them vs. each other as every class is unique and has its up's and down's so just going to give you my opinion of each class that sorta fits your criteria...

Necromancer - Great solo class, with very little to no gear need and has a lot of variance in how it can approach situations and a very small learning curve. Is not a "Top Tier" solo class like ENC / SHM , however Necromancer is right on their heels and is really the only class that can hold a candle to Enc / SHM in terms of solo capability late game

Enchanter - Top tier solo class, needs very little gear just some cheap CHA gear (and a lot of peridot's at endgame) However has the largest learning curve of all classes in teh game with the only exception being Bard. The difference between a well played enchanter and someone who doesn't know what they are doing is enormous

Shaman - Top tier solo class, however is the most gear dependent and expensive of the "Solo Artist's". Of the solo classes they are the only "True Healer" and at 60 can Main heal most group content themselves. Not much of a learning curve however Shaman gameplay gets horrendously repetative especially at 60 with Torpor....have fun spamming canni and torpor all day long... Despite being the Velious "Solo God" Shamans have really humble beginnings as a solo class they are a very very late bloomer (60 torpor)

Druid - Good Solo class with a lot of utility, very little gear needs, and can make money easily with ports even at low levels. Can heal for low tomid level content but their healing power really falls short late game. Great for people that like to solo , travel norrath and be a friendly person (power level ppl , port ppl) while still having pretty decent solo power
