Yeah I would assume all the same rules apply. It's tough on both sides to keep it fair. I power lvl my roommates chars a lot and we just try and not steal mobs from people it's pretty simple. If someone is power lvling and all over your camp then say something. And if it keeps happening you can flame them on here and no one will like them.
