The hole. if you can get a solid group at the docks, you can pull 8-15% exp an hour there. I leveled from 54 to 60 there in a few weeks on a very casual schedule.

my twink monk (fungi, cof, ss armor, tstaff, epic, etc.) at 56, when solo, gets about a blue (which is 4%) every 41 minutes.
duoing with a twink shm (epic + fungi) with c2 buff, exp was faster and it was one blue every 35 minutes
sorry to call out ur bs, 8-15% xp an hour in a group ....lol
