Mobs did SoW other mobs in dungeons on live. I haven't been paying attention to whether or not they have been doing it on p99
Snare is already broken on the server and doesn't need to be made even worse by giving mobs SoW in the dungeons. [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

Monsters no longer seem to run at full speed when both snared and sowd. They still do stack em though.
