original OOC is now called shout!
OOC has been good for finding groups. I am not altogether sure that we have a good enough population to turn it off. At least most people use /auction to sell stuff on this server, and don't default everything to OOC

Also if OOC being server-wide is your biggest complaint then I don't think we have any room to gripe :-p. It's way minor!
