Doing 155 standing shoulder press
GAINZ. Still no chesticles like mead though. But god damn do I have that shoulder / lat / Waist taper
Got down to 185 before my wife got back. Through the holidays I went Obeast mode (obese/beast) and am now at 203 due to gratuitous homemade pecan pies and khoresh bademjan. In the new year I’ve rededicated myself to getting to 185 and have sworn off beer and switched to scotch exclusively
