but you can kind of see where coming from. I mean, It's only fair to reward those that socially helpful instead of destructive. Maybe its a step toward actually rewarding good behavior. Perhaps more-so than then a crude market system that where people exchange their labor for what they can get from those that happen to own capital. I mean we should probably all being coming up with better ways to measure merit.
