thanks for the support guys but I do eat a big avocado for break with eggy and turkey bacon
for dinner massive salad and the lettuce is the gourmet type with spinach and stuff
I did second HIIT Day yesterday and im fine, problem is long bikerides seem to deplete me and I love doing them.
I think maybe ill try a ride tonight then an off day, the second day in a row seems to be the problem
