There's plenty of evidence the hand gesture is used as a symbol of the alt right. Literally dozens of examples come up if you google it.

In addition to that, many of these people using this hand symbol symbols believe in political policies that are considered racist by many. I am not going to try to convince you these policies aren't racist, since you probably have disproved that in your head already. But because many people do think these policies are racist, they associate that symbol with racism.

Can't find any information on what you are talk about Hitler and dogs or whatever though... Seems like something you made up.
