10@72% of 1RM
8@77% of 1RM
6@81% of 1RM
4@85% of 1RM
2@90% of 1RM
Grace for Time:
30 - clean and jerk @135
I did 360 for the back squat, with my max currently at 400. Finished Grace in 2:57.
Looking forward to reading more gains! I don't do diets, so I won't have much to say about that, very happy being strong and thick
