Not really contributing to RnF being all positive and shit, but CSR staff has been real good lately. Had a technical issue last night in Sky and Galach (spelling?) showed up and had it fixed in literally under three minutes.

That was because I used my knowledge of EQ to send him a tell and ask for his assistance, and He is one cool cat. It helped he was sitting in one of the Commons and on /who though =)
