You cant issue reparations without falling back onto using RACIST policies to determine qualification for said reparations.

Do you have to be 100% negro, or does 1/32nd negro count as 100% negro?

Or do we judge someone's "race" by their outward appeared, how "light-skinned negro" do you have to be before you don't count anymore? Are we going to use Hitler-like skincolor eyecolor and haircolor / hair-type charts to make these determinations like a bunch of fuckkng nazis?
