That's awesome that you and your girlfriend can play together. I was in a similar boat as your girlfriend actually! My boyfriend used to play on Live and then now on P99, and he got me into the game. I had never played an MMO before starting P99 last year!
I might be a little biased since my main is a Druid, but I think Druid could be a great choice! Paired with a Necro, you guys would probably want to do Fear Kiting
