In a normal group that stuff would be rolled on by everyone who can use it. its mega common and if you guys stay there you will all get one, so its just a matter of who gets it first.
The dagger should go to rogue first to help group. thats what it would do.
when does dragoon dirk replace ornate dagger ive never heard about?
