I've found that pulling various mobs to the Befallen entrance (WC side) results in them getting stuck and unable to reach me. I can't hit / cast on them either. Walking out of the tunnel a bit causes them to come out of the wall and back into melee range. They should just warp through the wall (or ideally actually walk in the entrance) and enter melee range.
