But as for is it worth doing ... not really on Blue. On Green, maybe if you really go all in and make "being a blacksmith" your thing ... but otherwise probably not.
Tradeskills in general in this era of EQ are not especially powerful. But being able to make banded in Green certainly won't be worthless either
