Jinkus Felligan doesn't give this quest anymore? His dialogue tree ends at "I am new to the shamans of justice", there is no response for "I am ready to contribute to yer church" or "I will make a delivery", though he does turn towards you. I am a barbarian shaman so the faction should be fine.
