What are you going to use that you did on your desk? Do you have a dining room table or a bar that you are going to set your laptop on to play?
I was in a 500sq ft apt before i got this house I'm in. I put my comp desk where the dining table was supposed to go. That worked real well. My apt was too small to entertain enough people that a table would be needed.

I'm moving from a one bedroom to a studio apartment. It's right around 500sq feet. If I'm gaming and what not I'll set it up on my bar, if not I'll just have it on my lap on my beanbag or in my bed or something.
