Compare the contents of Telryd's Expansive Writ to what Allakhazam has for it... it changed, probably around May when they were fixing research recipes.

It's possible these recipes simply weren't in the game until they were fixed/spells put on vendors. None of my early mailing lists have any spell recipes for mages over level 29 either.
