I lol @ you people trying to sell it for 500-1kpp just because it's 8/23 ratio...

PROTIP: 100% drop off spectres in the Qeynos Aquaducts

It's a VERY common dagger off the other spectres and to exploit peoples ignorance just because it's fairly new to the loot tables is plain retarded, sell it for what it's worth.
