The Toilmaster
The Toilmaster will walk out of the Tink N Babble in Cabilis at 6 a.m. game time, walk next door to where the froglok slaves are grinding out the granite pebbles, will continue to walk through the broken building to the far edge wall of the city, and then disappear into it. If you walk through the far edge wall area, you can hear the walking footsteps but there is no way to target him once he vanishes through the wall.
